In 2000, our founders turned a lifelong love of gourmet meat into their very own Small Business. Today, with our prime cuts, catered events and subscription options, Meat Shop the helps provide the good people of San Francisco with the cuisine they deserve.
Our belief is that the best meat comes from combining modern safety and processing techniques with traditional wisdom. That’s why all of our meat is pasture-raised, and none of our products contain hormones, antibiotics or preservatives.
